Christian A. Montgomery

Mr. Montgomery earned Bachelor Degrees in Political Science and Communications from California Lutheran University. During law school, Mr. Montgomery learned first hand the importance of zealous legal representation when dealing with governmental agencies while he served as a law clerk with the Orange County Public Defender’s office and the Legal Aid Society of Orange County.
 
After earning his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law, Mr. Montgomery helped hundreds of taxpayers fight the IRS to resolve their back tax liabilities while progressing to a management role at one of the nation’s largest tax resolution law firms. Mr. Montgomery brings with him diverse experience in various legal matters including dispute resolution, professional responsibility representation, criminal law, family law, tax law, contract and appellate issues. Mr. Montgomery enjoys traveling with his wife, playing ice hockey, and is always searching for the better pizza. 

 

John A. Wetenkamp

Mr. Wetenkamp received his Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from the University of California at Riverside where he graduated magna cum laude in 2000. He is also a graduate of University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. 

Mr. Wetenkamp was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. Mr. Wetenkamp has been practicing in the area of Federal Tax Resolution since 2006. He managed the legal department at one of the nation's largest tax law firms. He also has experience representing injured workers before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Mr. Wetenkamp grew up on a chicken ranch in the small town of Ceres in the central valley of California. He has lived in the Sacramento area for the past 10 years.
